| Access |
| Located directly in the middle of the eastern coast of the island of Florianopolis, Praia Mole is pretty easy to find. Coming from the downtown area there are well marked signs leading you to "Praia Mole" (which means literally "soft beach", creatively named after the super soft and feathery white sand you'll find on this beach), you can't miss it. |

Super fun wave, amazingly consistent. Rights and lefts. Not unusual to get barreled. Most consistent is left corner. Biggest waves (3+ meter faces) come a few times a year only, always on right side.

| Things to do when it’s flat |
|
Lots to do out of the water -- starting with amazing scenery (probably the best looking girls in Brazil, if not the world, not to mention the virgin mountains all around you). Some great beach bars with music, drinks, etc. that get particularly lively in the Brazilian summer season (Dec - March). Also paragliding, paddle ball, beach volley ball, and sometimes even kitesurfing (mainly in Sept/Oct).
